Smoothies are my favorite food group. They can be altered, added to, or subtracted from to make up anything you’d like! This smoothie recipe is a basic recipe that you can use for your “anytime needs”.
What You Need:
- 1 large banana
- 1/4 cup whole oats
- 1 cup skim milk (sub. almond milk)
- 1-2 tbsp. peanut butter (depending on calories needed)
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 cup ice
What To Do:
- Put all ingredients into the blender on high for 1 minute.
- Pour into a large sized glass and Enjoy.
