Build Me Up Smoothie, Banana, Peanut Butter & Oatmeal

Smoothies are my favorite food group. They can be altered, added to, or subtracted from to make up anything you’d like! This smoothie recipe is a basic recipe that you can use for your “anytime needs”.

What You Need:

  • 1 large banana
  • 1/4 cup whole oats
  • 1 cup skim milk (sub. almond milk)
  • 1-2 tbsp. peanut butter (depending on calories needed)
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 cup ice

What To Do:

  • Put all ingredients into the blender on high for 1 minute.
  • Pour into a large sized glass and Enjoy.
