I first came into awareness of the term aesthetics with the bodybuilder Zyzz.
Zyzz died after abusing substances like steroids and ‘fat burners’ but left
a legacy behind and representation of what is visually possible (without steroids).
Aesthetics has lived through many people and flourishes today through the likes of Nick Auger, Jeff Seid, Tinytrip and Lazar Angelov.
It’s goes on unmentioned today and is poorly documented but the mindset of ‘aesthetics’ takes a different mindset and practice; a vigorous approach to training with emphasizes on lean muscle, specific targeting and dimensionality.
I don’t know (yet) for certain the ins-and-outs of aesthetics but I look to achieve it and measure each aspect I’ve undertaken to get there, for this reason I’ve begun a series to document my rational approach behind aesthetics.
