“Researchers compared per-capita milk consumption data to the rate of Nobel Prize winners in each country. The results: Sweden led the pack, consuming an average of nearly 750 pounds of the white stuff per person each year—and spitting out the highest rate of Nobel Prize winners of any of the 22 countries studied, at over 30 per 10 million people. China, on the other hand, produced the least number of Nobel Laureates while downing the least amount of milk, just about 55 pounds per person per year.”
